Lincoln Savings Bank and LSB Financial Staff Additions

June 1, 2010 -- Lincoln Savings Bank and LSB Financial are pleased to announce the following staff additions:

Kyle Rice joins Lincoln Savings Bank’s Aplington Branch as Vice President / Relationship Manager.  As Relationship Manager, he is responsible for new business development and facilitating current and future client needs in lending.  Kyle has been in banking for 7 years and was previously employed at Iowa State Bank as a Loan Officer. He is a member of the Butler County Cattlemen’s Board, Parkersburg Economic Development Board and Parkersburg Rotary Club.

Eric Joyce also joins Lincoln Savings Bank as a Relationship Manager specializing in agricultural lending for the Grinnell and Tama Branches.  As Relationship Manager, he provides lending services to commercial and agriculture community members to help empower and create opportunity.  Eric was previously employed as an Area Specialists with the USDA Rural Development.  Eric has 15 years of financial experience working in both the private and public sector.  He is a graduate of the University of Iowa.

Caleb Sieh joins LSB Financial’s Reinbeck Branch as Assistant Vice President / Multi-Line Insurance Agent.  As an Insurance Agent, he responsible for assisting current and new clients with their agricultural and personal insurance needs.  Caleb was previously employed at Kay Jewelers as a General Manager.  He has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication.
