Waverly Open!

May 11, 2009 --Lincoln Savings Bank (LSB) and CENTURY 21 LSB Real Estate invite our clients, friends and neighbors to an open house on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at our new branch in Waverly, Iowa. The new office opened for business on March 30th and is located at 1810 4th Street SW, Suites 104 & 105, in Waverly. Please join us for the open house celebration between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with burgers served from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

This new office is Lincoln Savings Bank’s 14th branch, and first banking location in Waverly. It is also a new office location for CENTURY 21 LSB Real Estate, the premier real estate company serving Waverly and the entire Cedar Valley. CENTURY 21 LSB Real Estate was formerly located at 116 West Bremer Avenue in Waverly and was previously known as Mike Sheehan & Associates Realtors. They have been serving the real estate needs of Waverly and the surrounding area for more than 35 years.
